The advantage for you: Instead of asking customers for their consent to record at the beginning of the conversation, advance information (this can be in the calendar invitation) is sufficient according to TODAY's legal assessment. Reach out to us to request the legal assessment.
This is made possible technically by a streaming architecture in which no audio is recorded, and is instead streamed in real time in milliseconds.
